With this feature, you can minimize the potential of long-waiting receivable. System will notify when the buyer exceeds the Term of Payment period, allowing you to push them for a payment.
Discount Rate
You can provide different discount rates for each buyer. When they place an order, system will automatically apply the discount rate set for them. You can change the discount rate at any time for each buyer.

You can create multiple tax elements that will be automatically added by the system when the buyer checks out so you no longer need to manually calculate tax. This will minimize the potential for human error.
Automatic Purchase Order
For orders that require a Purchase Order, Ordermatix automatically creates a Purchase Order for the buyer and it can be viewed by online or printed, so the buyer is no longer needs to manually create a Purchase Order.

Buyer complaint for your product? They can send tickets about the problems. You then can quickly follow up. All incoming tickets can be monitored so you can know which ones are still OPEN, which ones are still PROGRESS and which ones are CLOSED.
